About Us

Vecticx was Built by Someone Who's Actually Run the Systemson:

Vecticx was founded by Colby Wolf, a B2B marketing operations practitioner with 10 years of experience building and managing marketing automation systems inside enterprise and mid-market organizations. Before starting Vecticx, Colby worked in-house, within the marketing ops and demand generation functions that most consultants only advise from the outside. That means understanding not just how Eloqua and HubSpot work technically, but how they break under real organizational pressure: misaligned sales teams, inherited campaign sprawl, scoring models nobody trusts, and leadership asking why pipeline isn't growing.

Performance and Experience on:

Most marketing automation consultants are either platform technicians or high-level strategists. Very few have sat inside a B2B marketing org, owned the Eloqua instance, and been accountable for pipeline numbers at the same time.

That in-house background shapes how Vecticx approaches every engagement:

  • Problems are diagnosed before solutions are recommended

  • Sales alignment is treated as a requirement, not an afterthought

  • Systems are built to be maintained by your team — not to create dependency on outside help

  • Recommendations are prioritized by impact, not by scope of work

Platforms and Experience:

Vecticx works primarily with B2B organizations running Oracle Eloqua or HubSpot Marketing Hub. Our experience spans B2B SaaS, Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Technology — environments where marketing systems need to operate at scale and connect directly to revenue.

Vecticx and Purpose:

Most B2B marketing teams running Eloqua or HubSpot aren't failing because they lack effort. They're failing because the system underneath the effort was never properly designed — or has drifted so far from its original intent that nobody fully understands it anymore.

Vecticx exists to fix that. Not with a methodology deck or a 90-day roadmap that sits in a folder. With actual system work — audits, redesigns, and builds that change what happens when a lead enters your funnel.

If you're running Eloqua or HubSpot and pipeline results aren't matching the effort your team is putting in, that's usually a systems problem — not a people problem.
